Work Day At Grandma Beazer's!!

We went up to Grandma Beazer's in Rigby, ID last weekend. We spent Saturday cleaning up her yard and getting it ready for spring. We picked up pinecones, mowed the lawn, power raked the lawn, pruned trees, tilled the garden, cleaned out irrigation canals, cleaned out the raspberries, and ate a ton of food!!! Carson and Riley loved it! Riley was really helpful when we were picking up the pinecones, she would pick up one blade of grass at a time and put it in the wheelbarrow! They bought the kids hats and hankerchiefs to wear for the train rides that we took when we were all done and Carson was in seventh heaven! The weather was awesome despite all the forcasts and it was great to see Grandma and spend time with the family!

Carson Turns The Big 3!!!

Despite having a slight case of the flu early Saturday morning, Carson's party was still a hit! He had a Dinosaur party and got lots of cool gifts! He got some cartoons, a truck flashlight, clothes, dinosaurs, a sand and water playland, Cars tray to eat on, and coloring stuff. His favorite part was wacking Grandpa Bruce with the balloons!

In October this year we decided to take Carson and Riley to Hogle Zoo. We didn't realize it was Trick or Treat at the Zoo day and the lines were a mile long! So we did the next best thing we could think of, and took them to Wheeler Farms.

Carson fell in love with the cows!

The first thing that he wanted to do was take a pony ride! He grinned from ear to ear until it sneezed! Then all he would say is "Dad I done!" It scared him a little!!

Where does every man do his best thinking?

Christmas With The Family.

This year for Christmas we stayed home. We really enjoyed just spending the day as a family, but missed seeing everyone else. We were planning on visiting Mom and Richard but the snow storm kept that from happening. Here are some pictures of the kids opening gits.
